We really want you to love (love love!) your new purchase. If you don't, we will happily return it for you so long as we receive it (unworn) within 30 days. To return your order, for either an exchange or refund, please follow the procedure outlined below.
1. Contact A Pair & A Spare Shop customer service (email@example.com) within 7 days of receiving your order. Please specify your name, order number and item/s to be returned.
2. Before returning, please ensure the product is in its original condition.
3. Once we receive the product and approve the return, we will credit the refund of the product back to you via the original method of payment.
We strongly recommend that you use a secure or trackable method of postage and that you keep hold of your proof of postage. Kindly note that return shipping will be your responsibility.
Please note it can take up to 21 working days for your return to be delivered back to us, depending on your location and which postal service you use, and a further 5-10 days for the return payment to go through.
If you would like to exchange your product or if the product is defective, please send an email to our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your reasons for exchange and the new product you would like to exchange it for.
Then follow the instructions as above for the returns process. Once we receive the product and the exchange is approved, we will refund any price difference and ship the new product to you.
