Can I track my order?
Yes you can. You will receive your tracking number with your shipping confirmation email.
How will my order be sent?
Orders are sent via PostNord through the local post network.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries that have a post office, and standard shipping is free!
How long does shipping take?
The following indicative shipping times apply to standard post.
Australia & Asia: 4 - 6 working days
North America & Europe: 8 - 14 working days
Will I have to pay any import costs?
Depending on the country you live in, you may have to pay customs on your purchase. Please check you local imports rules and regulations.

We ship out of our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I exchange my product?
If you want to exchange a product to a different size you can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which item you want to exchange. You will then receive return instructions and we will send you the new product as soon as we get the return.
How can I return an item?
You can return an unworn item within 7 days of receiving your order. To start the return process, send an email to email@example.com and let us know which item you want to return. We will then send you instructions on where to send the item. Once we have received the item, we will issue a refund. Please do not send us returns without contacting us first.
Who pays for the shipping when I return an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at his point. You will have to cover the shipping costs for any returns yourself.
I received a wrong item, what should I do?
First of all, we are very sorry for the mixup! We try our best to double check all orders before sending them out. But mistakes happen. If you have received a wrong item send a picture of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange an exchange for you. We will cover all the shipping costs.
My item is defective
Oh no! We are truly sorry that you’ve received a faulty item! We carefully inspect each item before sending them but damages can occur during shipping. Please send a picture of the broken item to email@example.com and we will arrange an exchange for you. Of course, we will refund you any additional shipping costs that may occur.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal.
How will the shoes be packaged?
Your item will come wrapped in tissue paper and in a shoe box. They are then packed into a shipping box so we can try to ensure your item gets to you safely.
What shoe sizes do you offer?
At the moment we offer 6 European sizes, from 36 to 41. We will try and add more sizes if we notice a big demand for a particular size. So please let us know if we do not carry a size you would like to see.

My size is out of stock.
