Shipping Times

The following indicative shipping times apply to standard post.

Australia & Asia: 4 - 6 working days

USA & Europe: 8 - 14 working days

We send out orders the next working day. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive additional communication regarding shipment. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a shipment notification. This will include your order's tracking ID. You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier's website.

If you cannot find your tracking code, please contact our customer service team.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A signature and proof of identity are required on delivery of all orders, at which point the customer will then be responsible for the goods. Any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of delivery fulfilment and therefore responsibility is transferred from that moment.

If you do not receive your order, and it is returned directly to us, you will be contacted to organise re-shipment.
